Biography
Monica Ionaș-Sălăgean is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, class of 1984. She has held a PhD in Law since 2001, served as an associate lecturer at Babeș-Bolyai University between 1995 and 2008, and has been a university lecturer at the Faculty of Business since 2008. Her scientific research focuses on corporate law and commercial arbitration.
