Biography
She is full professor of Business Department, Babeş-Bolyai University, Faculty of Business, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In 2018 she presented her habilitation thesis on the field of accounting. Her competency areas is accounting, audit, mergers and acquisitions, controlling and corporate governance. Partnerships with the business environment
⦁ Having a practical professional activity of more than 15 years as a chartered accountant, tax consultant, and financial auditor, I have carried out numerous financial audit missions, audit of projects with non-reimbursable financing, activities of examination and signing of financial statements, and consulting in the financial accounting field. We have had collaborations with both companies and public institutions (universities, hospitals, institutes).
International experience
⦁ Participation between 18-21st of November 2010 in a research-documentation internship entitled “Past and Perspectives for an Optimal Implementation Process of IFRS: Case of Czech Republic and Romania” at the University of Economics, Prague, invited by professor Jiří Strouhal. This resulted also in a postdoctoral research internship between 12th of June 2011- 12th of September 2011 at the University of Economics Prague.
⦁ Between October 2005 and March 2006, I carried out an Erasmus mobility as a Ph.D. student at Paris 13 University.
