Biography

Ramona Mireșan is a graduate of Babeș-Bolyai University, Faculty of Letters, with a major in Spanish Language and Literature – French Language and Literature, class of 2003. She completed her master’s studies in European Governance at the Faculty of European Studies within the same university.

She has participated in Erasmus+ mobility programs in Greece, at Athens University of Economics and Business, in 2017; in Norway, at the University of South-Eastern Norway in Kongsberg, in 2019; and in Portugal, at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, in 2023.

Main responsibilities of the position held/specialties served

Responsibilities:
- Managing student files
- Completing files with study contracts and other documents
- Managing the electronic database with students’ grades and information
- Administering the academic status of students in the specialization
- Issuing and recording student certificates
- Preparing student progression reports
- Centralizing requests for transfer, study extension, and study interruption
- Centralizing scholarship applications at the beginning of the semester

 
 

Experiences regarding involvement in events/activities/projects/mobilities

Participation in 3 Erasmus+ mobilities: in Greece at the Athens University of Economics and Business in 2017, in Norway at the University of South-Eastern Kongsberg in 2019 and in Portugal at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto in 2023.
As relevant activities within this visit, we mention:
- Participation in International week at Athens University of Economics and Business
- Discussions with the administrative staff to know and understand the system and procedures of the universities within the Erasmus+ program University of South-Eastern Kongsberg and at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto
- Presentation of study programs of the Faculty of Business at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto
- Meeting with the dean and members of the international relations office at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto
