Biography
Sorin Romulus Berinde received his Ph.D. in Accounting in 2007 within Babeş-Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Accounting Department. He holds a diploma of postgraduate studies in 'Accounting management and audit' since 2002 and a bachelor’s degree since 2001 in the field of 'Accounting and management information systems' both received from the same university.
His scientific and research competences are supported by the status of author and coauthor of 5 books, 58 research papers published in journals of national and international scientific stream, by participations at international conferences, and by the quality of member in 8 research projects.
The scientific and teaching concerns are enhanced by practical expertise in business field as economist in the field of accounting (since 2002) and membership of several professional recognised bodies as financial auditor (since 2012), chartered accountant (since 2007), and tax advisor (since 2011).
