He is a graduate of the Faculty of Business, Babe\u015f-Bolyai University. He has a PHD in management din 2010. One of the major subjects researched during his doctoral studies was the improvement of the process of developing new products.<\/p>\n<p>Bota Marius published as author or co-author 6 specialized books, over 40 scientific works, 3 chapters in collective volumes and participated in over 20 national and international conferences. He coordinated 2 scientific volumes.<\/p>\n<p>He was a member of the teams of several research grants and a research project with the business environment. He is a founding member of CECATO.<\/p>\n<p>In the period 2000-2023 he held the position of director of studies ID-IFR.
