He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Management from Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, completed a Master\u2019s in Agrobusiness at FSEGA\u2013UBB (2007\u20132008), and earned a PhD in Economics at UBB (1998\u20132009). Within the university, he has consistently taught General Management, Ecotourism and Rural Tourism, Management and Financing through European Funds, and Performance Management.
