He is a certified expert accountant (member of CECCAR) and has taught, among others, \u201cFinancial Accounting Control and Audit,\u201d \u201cControl of Financial Statements,\u201d \u201cFoundations of Accounting,\u201d and \u201cMergers and Acquisitions.\u201d He earned a bachelor\u2019s degree from the Faculty of Economic Sciences, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University (Management, Accounting, and Financial Control), completed a Master\u2019s in Business Administration at the Faculty of Business, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, a Master\u2019s in European law and national business law at the Faculty of Law, Babe\u0219-Bolyai University, and postgraduate studies in Accounting Management and Audit; he holds a PhD in Accounting (1 Decembrie University of Alba Iulia).<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">His research focuses on financial accounting and auditing, capital markets (bonds), mergers and acquisitions, financial education\/digitalization, and EU funds; he has published
