In case of a security breach, which may be represented by an accident, a loss of data or an unauthorized access, the Transylvania Business School Association will inform the authorities represented in Romania by the A.N.S.P.D.C.P. (National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing) within a maximum of 72 hours from the discovery of the security breach.

Transilvania Business School Association has the right to send clients marketing emails with their consent. This specific form of consent must be given freely, specifically and precisely informed. These requests are met when visitors have chosen to receive marketing emails (actively approved). Visitors will always have the right to object, upon request and at no cost, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes without having to provide concrete justifications.
