Biography

Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Transactions, both obtained at Babeș-Bolyai University. In parallel, she completed professional development courses in leadership, strategic marketing, communication, and neuro-linguistic programming.

With over 19 years of professional experience in marketing, communication, and management, Claudia has held coordination positions in national and international companies, such as Digital & Marketing Manager, Executive Manager, and Consultant for strategic projects in various industries. In all these roles, she has developed brand strategies, communication campaigns, and business development projects, which provide her with a strong perspective on both the business and academic environments.

Within the Faculty of Business at Babeș-Bolyai University, Claudia Olteanu has been serving as secretary since 2024, being responsible for secretariat activities and the management of several bachelor’s and master’s study programs (in both Romanian and English).

In this role, she manages student documents and academic records, communicates effectively with faculty and students, updates data in university information systems, and prepares reports/statistics, thus contributing to the smooth and professional functioning of the educational process.

 
 

Experiences regarding involvement in events/activities/projects/mobilities

She benefited from Erasmus+ mobility at the partner university in Italy, Sassari, to improve her knowledge of the administrative activities within the institution.
