Announcement regarding the additional Retake Session

The additional retake session (clearance session) will be organized, according to the 2025-2026 academic year structure, from June 15–21, 2026.


The additional retake session (clearance) is addressed to final-year students of the Faculty of Business:
➢ 3rd-year students and students on extended enrollment from all bachelor’s programs;
➢ 2nd-year students and students on extended enrollment from all master’s programs.

This session aims to enable enrollment in the June-July 2026 or February 2027 final exam sessions.


Eligibility Criteria:
Students with failed exams from previous sessions (including final-year make-up sessions) may participate if they meet these conditions:total accumulated failed credits ≤ 20 credits.
Since this is a single-attempt additional retake session, students must pay an exam fee of 50% of the course fee. Courses must have been registered in the current academic year’s study contract, and students (including those on extended enrollment) must meet all course requirements for exam eligibility. As this is a clearance session for study completion, eligible students must register, pay for,
and take all failed exams. Students who meet the above conditions and wish to participate must submit a request indicating the specific course and semester.


Enrollment Procedure:
Submit the application for the retake session from June 16–17, 2026, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM: in person: Faculty secretariat, Str. Horea nr. 7, 1st floor, Room 102 or via email: secretariat.tbs@ubbcluj.ro .
Exam payments can be made at the Faculty Cashier’s Office (Str. Horea nr. 7, ground floor, Room 7) or via the Academic INFO platform after secretariat validation.


On June 17, 2026, after 3:00 PM, the exam schedule will be posted on the faculty website.


The additional retake/clearance session will take place from June 18–21, 2026.
