Announcement regarding the selection of students for the program „ The Future of Parisian Hospitality and Gastronomy –Innovation, Profitability and Sustainable Development”
The selection is open for undergraduate students, in order to occupy 10 places within the Short Intensive Mobility with Short-Term Physical Mobility program: “The Future of Parisian Hospitality and Gastronomy – Innovation, Profitability and Sustainable Development”. The program is organized by CY Cergy Paris Universite in Paris, France, and will take place between May 18-22, 2026.
Eligibility criteria:
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level (compulsory);
• Knowledge in: sustainability, hospitality services management, hotel management;
• Students enrolled at:
– bachelor’s degree level specialization AASO year 2 or 3, in programs taught in Romanian or English,
– master’s level, MH and AAOTI specialization;
About the program:
This mobility offers the opportunity to acquire skills related to the hospitality industry, creating the customer experience in the hotel, process innovation, differentiation strategies and exploring innovative perspectives on the sustainability of the hotel industry in Paris.

The interview will take place between March 9-10, 2026, at the faculty (the day, time and room to be announced later). Announcement of results on March 12, 2026 by email.
Evaluation criteria:
• Interview (70%)
• Average obtained at the last examination session (Candidates do not need to request certificates with the averages from the secretariat, as they will be requested directly by the selection committee) (30%)
