Important Announcement for Third-Year Bachelor’s Students (Full-time and Part-time), Second-Year Master’s Students (Full-time and Part-time), and Students Extending Their Studies in the 2025-2026 Academic Year This announcement concerns students with resit exams from the 1st and 2nd years of the Bachelor’s program, and 1st year of the Master’s level, scheduled for the second semester The academic calendar for 2025-2026 sets different exam periods for first and second-year students compared to third-year students at the Bachelor’s level, and for first-year compared to second-year students at the Master’s level.
Full-time students enrolled in the 3rd year of the Bachelor’s program, those in the 2nd year of the Master’s program, as well as students on study extension (for both programs), who have resit exams from the 1st and 2nd years (Bachelor) or the 1st year (Master) contracted in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, have the right to take these exams twice, in accordance with the Transferable Credits Regulation. To exercise this right, students may take these exams through the distance learning program during June 12–14, 2026. To benefit from this opportunity, students who do not pass a resit exam on their first attempt are kindly requested to carefully consult the exam schedule published on the faculty’s website at https://tbs.ubbcluj.ro/anunturi/programare-examene-semestrul-al-ii-lea-2025-2026/ Additionally, they must submit a formal request to the registrar’s office between June 8 and June 12, 2026, specifying their chosen options.

Failure to submit the application for retaking exams under a different specialization or form of study may result in the instructor denying access to the exam. Additionally, the resit exam fee must be paid no later than May 15, 2026, via the Academic Info platform. Students who do not pay by this deadline will not be permitted to take the exams.
